Authorised Contacts
When you establish an account with BIZ-LYNX Technology, the account holder (the person whose name the account is registered under) is automatically authorised to manage and make changes to the account.
If you would like to nominate additional authorised contacts, please contact our Accounts Team on +61 8 6263 9400. Once we have verified your authority, you may add additional contacts to the account.
To add an authorised contact, we will require their full name, date of birth, and contact phone number.
Billing & Payments
BIZ-LYNX Technology issues invoices on a monthly basis by default. Payment is due by the due date as indicated on your invoice or within 10 business days from the date the invoice is issued.
For customers paying by credit card or direct debit, your nominated card or Australian bank account will be debited within this payment period.
We accept payments via: EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit from an Australian bank account, BPAY or cash.
Where BPAY is used, valid Direct Debit or Credit Card details must remain on file as a secondary payment method.
For larger business customers, direct credit facilities may be available upon written approval.
